When posting on social media, be aware that some individuals may falsely claim to be an official customer service representative of Monopoly GO!, but they are scammers impersonating official customer service representatives often attempt to:
- Obtain personal or account information to take over your account
- Request payment or a “fee” while claiming it will resolve your issue
- Accept a payment to bend the rules.
Official customer service will never ask for your password or demand payment to fix a problem.

If you experience an issue, the safest and most reliable way to get help is directly through the Monopoly GO! app:
- Open the app
- Tap the crosswalk icon in the upper-right corner
- Tap Settings
- Select Customer Service
A help page will appear where you can:
- Browse or search existing help topics to see if your issue has already been addressed
- If the provided information does not resolve your issue, scroll to the bottom and tap the green Contact Us button
From there, you can submit your request directly to official customer support.
Checking Customer Service Responses
When customer service replies:
- A red notification circle will appear in the app
To view the response:
- Open the app
- Tap the crosswalk icon (upper-right corner)
- Go to Settings → Customer Service
- Tap the speech/thought bubble icon in the upper-right corner
You can read the response and reply if additional information is needed.
If You Can’t Sign In to the App
If you’re unable to sign in (including temporary or permanent suspension), you can still contact official support:
- Visit https://support.monopolygo.com
- Select any topic
- Scroll to the bottom of the page
- Tap the green Contact Us button
